HYGIENE

Handwashing is one of the best ways to protect yourself from getting sick. Always wash or sanitize your hands before touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.

DAILY SELF CHECKS

TechLaunch Academy recommends that everyone completes daily self-checks using the CDC’s Coronavirus Self-Checker to determine if self-quarantine is necessary. The purpose of the Coronavirus Self-Checker is to help you make decisions about seeking appropriate medical care. This system is not intended for the diagnosis or treatment of diseases, including COVID-19.
